HARD C.O.R.E. STUDENT MINISTRIES

of Ivy Memorial Baptist Church

Hard C.O.R.E. is an acrostic for the phrase "Coming out readily equipped" and is based upon 2 Timothy 3:16-17 where it says that, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."  We invite you to explore our site and explore just a portion of our ministry.  We pray you will consider coming by to visit us in person sometime and trust that if you have any questions that you will attempt to contact Rev. Ed Lilley (aka Mr. Ed).  May God bless all those whose search extends beyond the internet and truly seeks to obtain a more intimate knowledge of their Creator.

Study Hall, Wednesdays 3pm-ish

Each Wednesday, aftr school, students are invited to take their school's activity bus to Ivy in order to attend study hall.  If you need a ride, or do not have access to a school bus, then contact Pastor Ed @ 838-3107 in order to schedule the church van to drive a carpool to p/up students for study hall.  We pray that this will give students an opportunity to knock out some homework that can prevent them from attendance on Wednesday and help free them to attend Bible study while at the same time offering some tutoring and a chance to attack their studies!  We hope you use this study hall ministry to help you excell in school and on your journey w/ Christ!

Change our world!/files/Random pics/change our world logo_Resized_300x300.jpg

Each time we meet this year we will be taking an informal offering or sorts with the goal to fill a five gallon water cooler jug.  Once the jug is filled to the top the students will vote on how to use it to bless someone or some ministry (i.e. but a cow for a village in another country, donate to a cancer society, etc.) We;ve listed a few ideas on the survey page, please vote on one or list your own idea in the box provided.  Thanks for giving your spare change so we might CHANGE OUR WORLD!

Donate to our student ministry:

In this ever changing world where donations can now be given online one thing never changes and that is TEENAGERS NEED TO KNOW CHRIST!  We hope that you consider giving to the student ministry of Ivy Memorial in order that students can be sponsored to various activities and funds can also be used for ministry that we do not currently have a budget for (i.e. Friday Night FUNNEL, etc.).  Thank you for your prayerful consideration to donate to our current and future leaders of God's Kingdom.  May God continue to bless you as you continue to be a blessing to others
