of Ivy Memorial Baptist Church

Hard C.O.R.E. is an acrostic for the phrase "Coming out readily equipped" and is based upon 2 Timothy 3:16-17 where it says that, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."  We invite you to explore our site and explore just a portion of our ministry.  We pray you will consider coming by to visit us in person sometime and trust that if you have any questions that you will attempt to contact Rev. Ed Lilley (aka Mr. Ed).  May God bless all those whose search extends beyond the internet and truly seeks to obtain a more intimate knowledge of their Creator.

July 31st -- August 7th

We leave THIS FRIDAY @ 9pm, but be at the church by 7pm to load up!

Friday Night FUNNEL, 7-9pm

EVERY FRIDAY DURING SUMMER!!!

(No FUNNEL 8/6/10 due to mission trip)

On Friday nights from 7-9pm there will be beach volleyball, basketball, Playstation gaming, food, skate park, games, music, laptop computers, and a highlighted activity (i.e. skate demo, moonbounce, tournaments, rock wall, etc.)!  Try to bring your school ID as your ticket in , but do not fret otherwise.  So invite your friends and join in the FUNNEL!  To download a schedule for the new 2009-2010 school year click here.

Change our world!

Each time we meet this year we will be taking an informal offering or sorts with the goal to fill a five gallon water cooler jug.  Once the jug is filled to the top the students will vote on how to use it to bless someone or some ministry (i.e. but a cow for a village in another country, donate to a cancer society, etc.) We;ve listed a few ideas on the survey page, please vote on one or list your own idea in the box provided.  Thanks for giving your spare change so we might CHANGE OUR WORLD!
